This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you submit the dealer application form on tuffy.trendler.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're a small operation and we like keeping things simple, so this policy is written in plain language. If anything is unclear, just email us using the contact information at the bottom.
Who "We" Means
TUFFY is a brand of Trendler, Inc., a metal furniture manufacturer based in Chicago, Illinois. When you submit the dealer form, Trendler is the business collecting your information and following up with you. Trendler operates this landing page in partnership with Inspiration Affluence LLC, which runs the technical infrastructure (form handling, email delivery, lead tracking) on Trendler's behalf.
What We Collect
We only collect information you provide directly to us, plus a small amount of context that helps us route your inquiry correctly.
Information You Provide
When you fill out the dealer application form, we collect:
- Required fields: your full name, company name, email address, and phone number.
- Optional fields: your website or storefront URL, estimated monthly unit volume, and how you heard about us.
Information Captured Automatically
When you submit the form, we also record:
- The date and time of your submission.
- The chair configuration you were viewing when you submitted, if you used the customization preview tool. This is just the frame finish and upholstery fabric you had selected, helpful context for whoever calls you back.
- The page URL you submitted from.
- Campaign tracking tags (commonly called UTM parameters), if you arrived via a marketing link that included them. These let us understand which outreach efforts are working.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and interact with this page, which sections they engage with, and which marketing campaigns are working. Specifically, we record anonymized page views, configurator interactions (which finish and fabric combinations are previewed), and form submissions as aggregate metrics. We have IP anonymization enabled, so your full IP address is not stored. We do not use Google Analytics to build advertising profiles or for retargeting.
Google Analytics uses a small number of first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web using Google's official browser opt-out add-on, or by enabling "Do Not Track" or a tracker-blocking extension in your browser.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for one purpose: to follow up with you about the TUFFY dealer program. Specifically:
- Send you the Dealer Starter Kit and any related materials you requested.
- Contact you by email or phone to discuss wholesale pricing, product fit, and onboarding as a TUFFY dealer.
- Keep an internal record of your inquiry for our sales pipeline.
We do not add you to a general marketing mailing list, sell your information to anyone, or share it with unrelated third parties.
Who Sees Your Information
Your submission is visible to:
- Trendler, Inc. sales team members responsible for dealer relationships.
- Inspiration Affluence LLC, as the service provider operating the form infrastructure on Trendler's behalf.
- Google, as the hosting provider for the Google Sheet that stores submissions, the email delivery service that sends notifications, and the Google Analytics service that records aggregate usage data. Google's processing is governed by their own privacy policy.
That's it. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with marketers, data brokers, or any unrelated business.
How Long We Keep It
Information you submit is retained as long as it's relevant to our potential business relationship with you. If you become an active TUFFY dealer, we keep your contact and account information for the duration of that relationship. If you don't move forward with a dealer application, we'll retain your information for up to three years for our sales records, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time, see "Your Choices" below.
How We Protect It
Your data is stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail), which provides encryption in transit and at rest, and is protected by the authentication controls on our accounts. We restrict access internally to people who need it for sales follow-up. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect what you share with us.
Your Choices
You can:
- Ask what we have on file about you. Email us and we'll show you.
- Correct anything that's wrong. Just let us know and we'll update it.
- Ask us to delete your information. We'll remove your record from our sales sheet and email systems within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep something (which is unusual for a B2B dealer inquiry).
- Opt out of further contact. Tell us you're not interested and we'll stop reaching out.

California, Colorado, Virginia, and Other State Rights
Some U.S. states (California's CCPA, Colorado's CPA, Virginia's VCDPA, and others) grant residents additional rights around personal information, including the right to know what's collected, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of certain processing. We honor those rights for everyone who submits a form on this page, regardless of where you live. The "Your Choices" section above is how you exercise them. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This is a wholesale dealer application form intended for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes (anything that affects what we collect or how we use it) will be called out clearly. We won't apply changes retroactively to information we already have.
